Office Experience Coordinator

We are looking for someone who will have a similar passion for creating great experiences for our clients and staff while in our offices. Some places may call you a “receptionist” but at GoKart, we believe that you are at the heart of creating memorable experiences. We are looking for someone who is highly organized, willing to roll up their sleeves, and loves to create amazing experiences for people.

What You Will Be Doing

  • You will help design and coordinate hospitality focused experiences for clients and colleagues that model our Core Values and seeks to eliminate friction. 
  • Contribute to the day-to-day running of the office (calendaring, hospitality, logistics, supplies and environment) in a hands-on manner.
  • Support a collaborative and connected environment by organizing internal team events ensuring they are inclusive across our offices.
  • Ensure our client experience in the office is seamless, comfortable and organized by supporting timely preparation, set-up and coordination of meetings and events.
  • Consistently seek feedback and find ways in which to improve the experience for others including colleagues visiting from other offices.
  • Welcome and host visitors and candidates by building personal rapport and ensuring they are taken care of.
  • You will establish consistent & reliable routines for managing and maintaining the physical space (including common areas, collaboration spaces, kitchen and conference rooms).
  • You will report to the VP, Talent and will work closely with all levels of the company, including our sister company, Rumble Music, whom we share our office space.
  • Your expected work hours will be Monday through Friday, 8am - 5pm (with flexibility for earlier or later days due to client or team events.)

What You Have Experience In

  • You have experience in customer service, hospitality, theatre or stage production or a “concierge” type role in a fast-paced environment.
  • You must have the ability to climb a ladder and do light lifting. This position will require stooping, bending, standing or being on your feet for periods of time.
  • Experience and familiarity with Google mail/calendar, Apple/Mac computers and an aptitude to learn new technologies quickly.
