What You Will Be Doing

  • You will work with marketing managers to develop and execute campaigns that drive key metrics, including conversions and lead generation.
  • You will execute digital advertising campaigns; including scheduling, monitoring, optimizing and reporting performance.
  • You will tightly manage budgets and goal management along with bid optimization.
  • You will support keyword research with the ability to influence social and SEO efforts.   
  • You will support and influence testing strategies, including A/B testing roadmaps across website and email campaigns.
  • You will support Google Analytics implementation and tracking for reporting on digital experience performance.
  • You will collaborate closely with our Data Scientist to build regular analytic/KPI reports.

What You Are Good At

  • You are highly analytical with a keen appreciation for creativity and brand.
  • You stay informed of market trends in order to explore new media capabilities.
  • You have experience in digital advertising platforms including Google AdWords and Facebook.
  • You are familiar with analytics platforms like Google Analytics, Unbounce, CrazyEgg, or HotJar.
  • You are proficient in Excel, able to pull and organize data using pivot tables and lookup functions.


What You Have Done

  • You have worked in a business with clients and understand what it takes to collaborate across teams to make clients happy.
  • You have 1-2 years on the job marketing experience, preferably agency side.
  • You have partnered with digital marketers, designers and developers to deliver marketing results.
  • You can talk articulately about work you have produced in the world. It could be a campaign you built and launched yourself, something you worked on with a team that delivered tangible business results.
