  • You will work with Developers to ensure that they are producing solutions that meet our high standards for reliability, scalability, security, maintainability and system performance
  • On engagements with product teams comprised of a mix of internal, external and client team members, you will ensure that all parties and perspectives understand the Quality Plans and how those plans contribute to overall success

  • You are patient as you help other team members better understand what you do and why you do it
  • You are eager to tackle the challenge of taking what is currently a small capability and growing and polishing it over time
  • You are confident both in your own competence as well as in delivering difficult recommendations

What You Have Done

  • You have 5 or more years of experience as a Quality Analyst or Quality Engineer on product teams tasked with delivering web & native mobile products - for both internal, business facing applications and external, customer facing digital experiences
