What You’ll Be Doing:

We are looking for a hands-on sales professional with experience selling SaaS solutions into the Human Resources and Benefits space. Your existing network will be leveraged on day 1 to set up sales calls with HR professionals in mid (1,000-5,000 Employee) and large (10,000+ employee) companies. You will be prospecting to build a pipeline and strong personal relationships with prospective clients.  

The solution you will be selling is an online education platform that gives employers access to world class experts, teaching courses aimed at improving their employee’s total wellbeing. Some of our faculty include celebrity chef Andrew Zimmern and NY Times Best Selling Author of Blue Zones, Dan Buettner. This sale is one-part technology, one-part content and one-part education which can make for a complex, multi-level client environment. You will have the opportunity to be a big contributor in the evolution of our sales process and work with an unbelievably talented team of experts!

About You:

  • You have been part of a fast-growing SaaS sales team
  • You have very high standards and values
  • You have 5+ years selling into the Human Resources function within mid to large size companies
  • You are an energetic self-starter with a passion for winning
  • You have a solid understanding of technology and software
  • You possess a consultative sales capacity and strong closing skills
  • You have a network that’s bursting at the seams with strong relationships
  • You are laser focused on exceeding revenue targets and always striving to beat your previous best

  • You have the capacity to create high impact sales material

Responsibilities:

  • Working with HR departments in mid-large size companies to convey the benefits, features and application of our employee engagement SaaS solution.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies that drive monthly, quarterly and yearly growth against your targets
  • Close new business consistently at or above quota level
  • Network at key HR events to drive new prospects into our sales funnel and also build awareness of our solution.
  • Listen to the needs of the market and share insights with product and marketing teams
  • Create reliable forecasts and be completely transparent with the leadership team on pipeline status
  • Work closely with the VP of Partnerships to drive new sales strategy, technology integration and overall enhancement of the sales function.

What success looks Like:

  • Hitting your monthly quota for appointments on month 1 and by month 3 closing your first deal with a pipeline filled with activity.
  • By the end of year one, you are managing a small team of sellers to help us scale our business.
