What You Will Be Doing

Create Rhythm

  • Define the right meeting cadence to maximize team alignment and production time
  • Manage people and expectations in service of transparency and visibility to progress and risks
  • Communicate daily with internal and client teams to ensure alignment
  • Support an environment of productivity and optimism - the work gets hard, that’s why clients need us to help them find a way

Ensure Project Clarity & Visibility

  • Create or ensure status updates and clear progress tracking for both internal and client teams
  • Document and/or support execution of project plans, budgets, and deliverables.
  • Identify and flag risks
  • Track budget and profitability forecast; flag concerns to Solution and Client leads
  • Facilitate project resourcing

Support Successful Delivery

  • Creatively problem solve with and across practice areas to solve project problems
  • Facilitate communication between team members, teams, and clients
  • Provide meaningful, user-centered product design feedback
  • Create and/or manage a development sprint schedule
  • Understand audience segmentation and target marketing, and facilitate marketing team targeted insights

Who You Are

  • You’re an experienced Project Manager
    • You can lead projects large and small 
    • You balance multiple projects at once, you're an expert at prioritizing
    • You can deliver amazing results within project constraints (ie, time, budget, resources)
    • Own your work and experience - nothing happens *to* a great PM.  Things happen, and we find the best way forward.
  • You know what a project needs
    • You sense it before the rest of the team when something is off and collaborate to resolve
    • Focus on the outcome, not the tool/process to get there]
    • Know what needs to be done, and when
    • You’re able to articulate WHY something important or valuable
    • You’re strategic about your project decisions and your management of people
  • You’re a Problem Solver - You like a challenge but don’t need to be a hero
  • You’re an empathetic communicator - you communicate across a wide range of personalities, disciplines, and styles

What You Will Learn

  • You will get to know clients across industries in healthcare, financial services or education. You will learn about their industry and their business so you can contribute meaningful feedback.

What You Have Done

  • You have 7+ years experience in managing digital marketing, digital design and build, and/or invention/strategy.
  • You have experience with project management tools, processes and methodologies
